Location and the property is very good, quiet with a nice views. We booked two rooms, one for 2 adults and a kid but the extra bed did not show in hotel system. We had to show booking confirmation and dig in the details to prove we paid for sofa bed. Same with Onsen, we got coupon but it was not mentioned that it is only for week days. We wanted to use on Saturday and had to go back and forth between reception and spa manager to have the coupons accepted.

Fantastic place behind romantic residence and a LOT quieter Stayed there for Christmas eve Christmas day Boxing day 2021 And felt so relaxed and comfortable that I went to booking. Com and booked an extra night Bed super comfortable Living room spacious Kitchen perfect Bathroom very modern Balcony HUGE All in all perfect way to spend the Christmas period Pretty expensive but got a great discount with booking. Com Will be back next year

Staff were incredibly professional and friendly. English language was more limited as this is not a typical destination for English speakers. But I never had a problem making requests or asking questions. Food was excellent. TV with some English speaking channels or Netflix App would be v good for English speakers
